Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Manny. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to them and to thePrivacy Notice.
1. The service
Manny is a content-planning, analytics, memory, scheduling, and publishing assistant. Suggestions and analytics are decision support, not guarantees of reach, revenue, platform approval, or business results.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and activity performed through it. You may only connect social accounts and upload content you are authorized to use.
3. Creator control
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Manny the limited rights needed to store, analyze, transform, schedule, and transmit content at your direction. Review content, dates, permissions, and platform settings before publishing.
4. Connected services
Instagram and Meta, Stripe, Google authentication, AI-model providers, Apify, and hosting or storage providers operate under their own terms. Their availability, permissions, review requirements, and platform rules can change independently of Manny.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Billing and eligible refunds are governed by the checkout terms and applicable law. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next recurring charge.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Manny to violate law, platform rules, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or another person's account security. Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or use automated means outside the product's documented interfaces.
7. AI and analytics limitations
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Analytics may be limited by permissions, sample size, provider availability, and changing metric definitions. Estimated media value is a modeled paid-media equivalent, not revenue, a valuation, or a guaranteed advertising result.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Manny reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may change or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform rules, or improve the service.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Manny is provided as available without implied warranties. Manny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using Manny at any time. We may suspend access for security threats, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that logically survive termination continue to apply.
11. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to mannyaisocial@gmail.com. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.
